Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Remodeler or Helper to add to our team. In this dynamic role, you will be apart of projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional living spaces that meet the unique needs of homeowners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills and tools to deliver exceptional results. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications for residential remodeling projects. Perform a variety of building material installation tasks including drywall, trim, cabinetry, framing, tile laying. Execute precise carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, window installation, and custom cabinetry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete remodeling activities. Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring all installations meet code requirements and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to interpret construction plans and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, and masonry techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise execution of remodeling tasks. Experience operating various power tools such as saws, drills, sanders. Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 55.0 per week
