We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and knows how to keep projects running efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities Supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers and office staff Perform quality control inspections throughout each project Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scope of work Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, and vendors Complete daily reports, job site documentation, and progress photos Identify and resolve field issues before they become project delays Be able to make minor repairs to different roof systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Coatings, Shingles, Metal). Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing experience Previous Foreman or Field Supervisor experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and specifications Valid driver's license OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Alabama (and surrounding areas as needed) Experience with:
