Full-TimeRole Description Flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, documentation, and coordination. The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site electrical activities, including supervising crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with codes and project specifications.

This role includes reading and interpreting electrical drawings, organizing materials and tools, coordinating with project managers and other trades, and troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, keeping projects on schedule, documenting progress, and supporting training and development of team members.

Occasional travel to project sites within the region may be required.

QualificationsStrong foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles.

Experience in electrical contracting, including managing commercial and industrial projects.

Proficiency in electrical wiring, installation, and layout based on drawings and specifications.

Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Proven leadership experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating field activities.

Thorough understanding of applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Relevant technical training or apprenticeship completion in electrical trades; license or certification as an electrician or electrical foreman preferred.

Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site at projects in and around Jackson, TN.
