Location:
Remote position based in or around Kentucky and surrounding states, with extensive travel required to project sites throughout the region and beyond.

Must have 5+ years of rigging/heavy lifting experience, 2+ years of foreman or crew leadership experience, and a willingness to travel extensively. Job Description Lead daily rigging and heavy lifting operations while assigning crew members to ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment. Establish and enforce safe work standards, operating procedures, and project expectations. Develop detailed project scopes, identify operational needs, and coordinate work schedules. Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure projects stay on track. Coordinate with customers, project teams, and office personnel regarding scheduling, mobilization, equipment, and crew requirements. Identify equipment needs and coordinate with dispatch to ensure equipment reaches the job site when needed. Maintain clear communication between field operations, customers, and internal teams throughout each project. Lead by example in maintaining safe work practices, completing Job Hazard Analyses, and following required safety procedures and training. Work effectively in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather and job-site conditions. Support demanding heavy lifting and rigging projects requiring physical strength, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Qualifications 5+ years of rigging and/or heavy lifting experience. 2+ years of foreman, crew leader, or comparable field leadership experience. Extensive travel availability and willingness to work at project sites across Kentucky, surrounding states, and other locations as needed. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. Ability to speak and read fluent English to successfully complete required safety training. Experience with gantry systems, unified jacking systems, strand jacks, or jack and slide systems is a plus. Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to meet safety-sensitive work requirements, including background screening and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
