Los Angeles, CA (West LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Bel Aire) Job Overview Webb Construction is hiring a Foreman to support the execution of high-end, detail-driven residential projects. This role is for someone who takes pride in the work, leads by example, and is ready to step into greater responsibility over time. You will work directly with the Superintendent to ensure the jobsite runs clean, organized, and on schedule. Who We Are Webb Construction is a residential construction management firm focused on custom homes and large-scale estate renovations.

We take on a limited number of projects and execute them at a high level, working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities Leading daily field work alongside crews Ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently Supporting the Superintendent in maintaining schedule and workflow Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Coordinating with subcontractors and trades as directed Identifying issues in the field and communicating them early Upholding quality standards across all phases of work Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential construction Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans Proven ability to lead crews and maintain accountability High standards for quality and site organization Strong work ethic and reliability

Compensation & Schedule:
Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle, Remote Flexibility Work Schedule Full-Time — Monday to Friday Weekend work may be required based on project demands.
