- Full-time Lead Landscape Construction Foreman Domina's Agway Landscape Construction Division is looking for an experienced, motivated leader to join our award-winning team.
We build exceptional outdoor spaces, including patios, walls, water features, plantings, and complete landscape environments throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. This is not strictly a hardscape position. We are seeking a well-rounded landscape construction professional with strong field experience and proven leadership abilities. While experience with pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape installations is highly preferred, we have found that individuals with a solid hardscape background transition very successfully into the specialty projects and water features that set our company apart. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a landscape construction crew on a variety of projects. Coordinate daily activities to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. Read plans and communicate project expectations clearly to crew members. Train and mentor team members while fostering accountability and teamwork. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and represent the company with pride. Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Qualifications 5+ years of landscape construction experience. Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices. Hardscape installation experience with patios, retaining walls, stonework, and grading is highly desirable. Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
