Job Description

Overview:
Mr. Central Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor with strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. This role requires a proven leader with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the plumbing service industry who can uphold high standards and drive team performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support a team of plumbing technicians Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation Plumbing Technician that primarily runs maintenance jobs. This is a revenue-generating role.
What You Need:
Minimum two years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems Must be 21 or older Authorized to work in the US A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass background and drug test. Minimum five years Residential Plumbing experience Advance knowledge of plumbing systems Service Titan knowledge a plus Good communication and listening skills
