Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays Satterfield Construction Company is seeking a Foreman to lead our grading crew. If you take pride in quality work, safety, and building strong teams, we'd love to have you join our construction family. This role is essential in clearing the way to building strong foundations in our community.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise grading crews on job sites Plan daily work activities and keep projects on schedule Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew assignments Communicate with supervisors, customers, and team members Train and mentor crew members

Previous experience in grading and crew leadership Strong knowledge of grading operations, equipment, and safety Ability to lead by example and keep crews motivated Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Why Work With Us?
