Beech Island, SC Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Satterfield Construction Company is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreman to lead our underground utilities crew. If you take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and building strong teams, we'd love to have you join our construction family. This role plays a key part in delivering safe, reliable infrastructure for the communities we serve. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, some Saturdays What You'll Do Lead and supervise pipe laying and underground utility crews on job sites Plan daily work activities and keep projects on schedule Read and interpret plans, grades, and specifications Ensure proper installation of storm drain, water, and sewer systems Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety standards Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew assignments Communicate with supervisors, inspectors, customers, and team members Train and mentor crew members and promote a positive team culture What We're Looking For Previous experience in underground utilities / pipe installation and crew leadership Knowledge of grades, elevations, trench safety, and installation procedures Ability to operate and direct equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills — lead by example and keep crews motivated Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Why Work With Us?
