We're looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our field crews and keep projects safe, on schedule, and built to spec.

Position Summary:

The Foreman leads a field crew on sitework and underground utility projects, including water, sewer, and storm drainage. This role coordinates daily work, ensures quality and safety, and serves as the key link between the field and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct crews of operators, pipe layers, and laborers Plan and assign daily tasks to meet production goals and schedules Oversee installation of underground utilities, grading, and site improvements Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grade stakes Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications Enforce company safety policies and lead daily safety meetings Track labor, equipment, and materials, and complete daily reports Coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors Operate equipment or assist the crew as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Sitework or underground utility experience, with 2+ years in a lead or foreman role Strong knowledge of pipe installation, grading, and compaction Ability to read plans and work from grade stakes or laser Proven leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of jobsite safety OSHA 10 or 30
