Founded over 30 years ago, they have made a name for themselves in the residential and commercial segments of the historical renovation/restoration market. They also build ground-up projects in both of these sectors and have a project mix of about 90%/10% residential/commercial. Job Description The Working Superintendent/Foreman - Charleston will be responsible for the following: Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment. Communicating job expectations, enforcing policies & procedures, and managing & coaching employees. Conducting regular meetings with the team to ensure work is on schedule, within budget and complies with technical, safety and legal requirements. Must be a strategic problem solver who can add value to our customer's projects. May work with preconstruction team in development of project Managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget. The Successful Applicant The successful RWorking Superintendent/Foreman - Charleston will be responsible for: At least 2 years of residential/commercial project management experience Progressive experience growing through the field (especially through the carpentry trade) Must be a self-starter and understand deadlines. Must have good phone and excellent people skills. Must be able to handle projects from $20k-1M in size (typically residential maintenance, restoration, and renovation work) What's on Offer The successful Working Superintendent/Foreman - Charleston will be responsible for: Great hourly pay, ranging an equivalent yearly salary of roughly $65,000-85,000 Discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance (typically paid around the holidays) Mileage reimbursement PTO and sick days Excellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental
