Electrical Foreman Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in water treatment plants. This role involves bending conduit (EMT & rigid), running rigid conduit, and installing ductbank systems. The successful candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and electrical schematics accurately and will work across industrial and commercial job sites. Responsibilities Install and maintain electrical systems in water treatment plants. Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure efficient operation. Bend EMT and rigid conduit and run rigid conduit. Install ductbank systems. Read and accurately interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Work across various industrial and commercial job sites. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Journeyman license (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods. Flexibility is required as some projects may offer mileage reimbursement for locations around Orangeburg. Open to per diem if within a 50-mile radius, with availability on weekends being a requirement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
