Full-Time | Commercial Low Voltage Foreman Are you the foreman everyone relies on to keep the job moving and the crew productive? We're looking for a hands-on Telecommunications Foreman who knows how to lead technicians, manage the jobsite, and deliver high-quality installations. This is a working foreman role , meaning you'll lead from the front while keeping projects organized, safe, and on schedule. If you take pride in running clean jobsites, supporting your crew, and solving problems in the field — this is the role for you. What You'll Do You will take ownership of the field operations on assigned projects.
Daily responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise low-voltage technicians in the field Coordinate daily work with Project Managers Install, maintain, and test low-voltage systems Read and interpret blueprints and building plans Track daily and weekly job progress Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget Train and mentor technicians Maintain jobsite safety and organization Manage materials, tools, and equipment Document work and capture jobsite photos for project records Communicate effectively with customers and team members Systems You'll Work With Fiber Optic (splicing, testing, terminating) High-count copper termination Structured cabling systems (SCS) CCTV & security systems Access control (door strikes, card readers, REX, crash bars) Audio / Visual systems What We're Looking For 6+ years commercial low-voltage experience Experience leading small to mid-size crews Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to keep projects organized and on schedule Strong troubleshooting and decision-making ability Valid driver's license The Type of Foreman That Thrives Here Someone who: Leads by example Takes pride in quality installations Keeps crews motivated and productive Communicates clearly with management and customers Maintains clean and organized jobsites Physical Requirements Climb ladders and work on lifts when needed Work in ceilings, confined areas, and construction environments Lift materials and equipment when required Work indoors and outdoors depending on project needs Ability to travel when needed Why Foremen Like Working Here Opportunity to run your jobs and lead your crew Work on commercial low-voltage projects Be part of a team that values quality, safety, and leadership Apply today if you're ready to lead the jobsite and build great systems.
