Job Description
Description How you'll contribute to the team: Lead and supervise a team of 1-8 individuals in the installation of commercial HVAC systems. Reads and interprets drawings, design models, sketches, and project specifications to determine sequence methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing products, materials, and equipment required to complete project. Sets RTUs, Curbs, Splits Systems and Equipment. Installs TDC, S&D, Black Iron, and Stainless Duct. Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize workflow, including material allocation. Communicates and works with fabrication shop personnel to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of fabricated material for each job. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to HVAC apprentices. Travels outside area and works overtime as needed. What you'll bring to the table: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Professional appearance. Valid drivers license and good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional licensing, technical training, or certifications in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication a plus. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
What to expect and benefits:
Working on job sites in all weather conditions for prolonged periods of time. Be able to work at height, including ladders or lifts, and in confined spaces. Must have the physical strength to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs, and have the balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required.Tools Provided :
