Your New Role Installation of underground utility systems (generally for wet utilities, water/sewer) according to project specifications Operate machinery and equipment to excavate and prepare sites for utility installation. Lead and train a crew focusing on Production, Efficacies and Safety. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule Use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or a transit level. Job requirements 3+ years of experience as an Underground Utility Operator Ability to read plans Operate heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
