Job Description:
Our Operating Job Site Foreman will run a pipe crew of 5-10 employees installing storm, sewer and water. Coordinating activities assigned; supervising assigned staff; implementing and maintaining services within established guidelines and standards; and performing a variety duty as needed. Job Duties:
Supervises, schedules, and coordinates crews. Identifying potential change orders. Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings. Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards and company rules. Bring the job in/on time and under budget. Performs a wide variety of skilled (and sometimes complex) activities for the purpose of ensuring that issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner. Operate equipment such as Excavator, Dozer, loader, skid loader.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a leader in the underground utility industry. Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, Codes and Regulations. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
