Lead Roofing Service Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Service Technician to perform and oversee residential and commercial roofing repairs. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can independently diagnose issues, execute high-quality repairs, and lead a crew. The right candidate takes pride in their work, operates with minimal oversight, and consistently delivers clean, permanent repair solutions that protect the integrity of the roof and the reputation of the company. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on roofing repairs and service work across residential and commercial systems. Lead and work alongside an apprentice/helper, providing direction, training, and oversight on each job. Diagnose roofing issues and implement durable, code-compliant repair solutions. Execute repairs on a variety of systems, including: Asphalt shingles Tile and slate Metal roofing systems

TPO EPDM

Modified bitumen Metal systems Repair and replace components such as flashing, penetrations, ventilation, decking, insulation, and leak-prone areas. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship before leaving the jobsite. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, scope of work, and expectations. Coordinate with the office to ensure proper materials, scheduling, and job readiness. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes. Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed. Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies. Required Qualifications 4+ years of roofing repair experience (residential and/or commercial). Strong ability to independently diagnose and repair roofing issues. Working knowledge of both steep-slope and low-slope systems. Experience completing permanent, high-quality repairs (not temporary fixes). Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to lead and train a helper/apprentice effectively. Professional communication and customer-facing skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor consistently.
