Job Overview The main role of the Construction Crew Lead is to oversee and perform repair work scheduled by our team. The Crew Lead is responsible for leading a team (or teams) of repair persons, providing exceptional service and an exceptional product to our customers. Our Crew Lead is our repair expert in moisture remediation, carpentry, and foundation work and leaned on heavily as such by our team(s).
