We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Foreman to lead crews, oversee service operations, and deliver high-quality HVAC work in commercial and industrial environments. This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who can manage teams in the field, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC service technicians and field crews Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings Ensure all work is completed according to code, safety standards, and project specifications Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors Maintain accurate service records, reports, and material tracking Ensure crews maintain productivity, professionalism, and safety compliance Respond to emergency service calls when needed Requirements 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred Previous foreman, lead technician, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, and troubleshooting EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lead crews and maintain strong communication in fast-paced environments Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather/jobsite conditions Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Experience with chillers, rooftop units, boilers, and VRF systems Strong customer service and leadership skills Experience coordinating service schedules and manpower What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay options Temp-to-perm and long-term opportunities Career advancement opportunities A staffing partner that stays in the trenches with you If you are a dependable HVAC leader ready to take ownership in the field and lead strong crews, we want to hear from you.
