Nashville, TN About Us We are a growing plumbing company specializing in new construction projects. Our business model combines a core team of skilled W-2 employees with trusted subcontractor partners, allowing us to successfully manage projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Demand for our services continues to grow, and we're looking for an experienced plumber to join our team in a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading crews, maintaining quality standards, and helping projects stay on schedule. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced plumber with approximately 10 years of industry experience to serve as a Foreman/Supervisor while remaining actively involved in day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside our crews, help coordinate subcontractors when necessary, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects moving according to established schedules and subcontract requirements. Success in this role will be measured primarily by: Consistent quality control and workmanship Ability to keep projects on schedule Effective crew leadership and communication Proactive problem-solving in the field Maintaining a professional relationship with builders, contractors, inspectors, and customers Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing crews on new construction projects Perform plumbing installation, troubleshooting, and service work as needed Coordinate daily activities to meet project timelines and milestones Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements Monitor quality control and identify potential issues before they become problems Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors on larger projects Train and mentor less experienced team members Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to management Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site Help manage service calls and specialty tasks that require experienced oversight Qualifications Approximately 10+ years of plumbing experience Strong background in new construction plumbing Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred Ability to read plans and specifications Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards Clean driving record and reliable transportation Valid plumbing license (if required by state/local regulations) What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands that quality and schedule performance are critical to long-term success.
