Job Description

Electrical Foreman Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Foreman to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes Track job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadership
Qualifications:
5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Stable work history OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred but
Not Required:
