The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman or Electrical General Foreman to join our team for our Austin pipeline. You can be located in Austin or if you are a Traveling Foreman, we offer per diem for the role. In this role, you will oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while traveling to project locations as needed. You will be responsible for project financials, scheduling, coordination, and leadership; ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

What You'll DoLead electrical projects from award through completionMission Critical, Data Centers, Commercial, HospitalityManage budgets, estimates, cost forecasting, and change ordersDevelop and maintain project schedules and manpower plansCoordinate closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teamsOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirementsProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teamsTravel to project sites as required throughout the duration of projectsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience managing electrical construction projectsExtensive knowledge of electrical systems, means and methods, and NEC standardsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environmentsStrong financial and contractual management skillsWillingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for project assignmentsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem solving abilitiesProficiency with project management software and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsBase ($80,000-$110,000) + Bonus401k MatchPer Diem and Relocation expensesAuto Allowance, Cell, Gas CardFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
