Job Description

Conner Industries is in search of an individual that will be responsible for planning daily work, coordinating, and implementing plan within the decided-upon budget, timeline and scope with the superintendent. Individual will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Will coordinate operations and oversees workers in the field, ensures that work is performed in a timely, profitable & safe manner, while also meeting or exceeding the Company's quality and customer service standards.
Essential functions include:
planning, scheduling, supervising project phases & multiple field management activities for the department; executing and enforcing Company policies & procedures, project contract provisions & specifications, along with federal, state and local regulations effecting department assigned projects; coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans; produce schedules and daily responsibilities; ensure manpower and resources are adequate; supervise the use of machinery and equipment; and resolve problems when they arise. Coordinate with Superintendents and other Company personnel regarding job resources, such as labor, equipment, small tools, materials & supplies usage; inspecting jobs in progress and interacting regularly with customers; preparing and submitting paperwork on a timely basis; monitoring and measuring daily and weekly job progress to determine that projects are on schedule / budget; and reviewing job progress and completed job cost reports for areas of improvement. This position is also responsible for preventive maintenance and job safety. Performs other duties, as required. Proficient in math and Verbal and Written communication. Strong work ethic, work well with others, must have attention to detail. Prepare accurate, timely and complete reports. Work with minimal supervision. Must have great communication, organizational and some Computer skills. Pay Range is depending on Experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Heavy Industrial Construction - 5+ years Supervision in Contracting environment - 3+ years

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
