Job Description

Job Description Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees crews installing structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and communication systems, ensuring work meets code, safety, and quality standards. The Foreman coordinates schedules, materials, and subcontractors, reads and interprets blueprints, and collaborates with project managers and engineers. You will mentor technicians, support training and apprenticeships, and promote Faith's safety-first, team-focused culture while delivering innovative, high-performing solutions. Responsibilities Lead and supervise low voltage crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. Install, terminate, and test structured cabling, fire alarm, security, and communication systems. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to plan layout and installation methods. Coordinate daily work plans, materials, tools, and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards. Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting jobsite safety checks and toolbox talks. Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and apprentices, promoting skill development. Communicate progress, issues, and resource needs with project managers and engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve system performance or installation issues in the field. Document work performed, test results, and as-built changes for project closeout.
