Job Description Seeking experienced Substation Foremen to lead crews on utility substation construction projects. This individual will serve as the onsite leader for crews of approximately 8-10 craft workers and will be responsible for daily execution, safety, productivity, and customer interaction. Candidates must come from a utility substation construction background.
