Safety First- Ensure a safe work environment all day every day.
- Ensure quality standards exceed customer expectations. Manage and maintain QA/QC plan. QA/QC plans to be filled out and updated for each work task. Maintain and update installed quantity and labor tracking plan. Planning
- Plan your work and work your plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities. Participate in project turn over and change order

- Managing your project requirements. Prepare accurate material take-offs and properly identify specified materials as per project plans, specifications, and approved submittals when applicable. (Complete all columns within the Material Requisition Sheet prior to submission to purchase.) Allow 3
- 5 days for procurement on all material requisitions.
Daily / Weekly
document control / Policy Adherence Perform other duties as assigned by your Superintendent/Manger as needed. Maintain all employee timekeeping including accurate hours as well as applicable cost coding. Approve Paid Time Off (PTO) forms 3 weeks prior to time off request. Adhere to the K Corp Vehicle Policy Agreement and required Vehicle Maintenance. Interface with Superintendent to ensure all company, customer and project policies and procedures are adhered to. Maintain sign in sheets and turn in weekly. Submit expense reports with receipts weekly. Generate 3 week look ahead schedules and turn in weekly. Fill out PTPs, review with crew and revise when task changes. Fill out Daily Reports and include photos where applicable. Perform weekly safety observations. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction 2+ years in a foreman, lead, or supervisory role on commercial projects Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Proven experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Commitment to job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and productivity to meet project milestones Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required Ability to pass pre‑employment requirements (as applicable) Pro Core and ADP Time & Attendance (Preferred)Required Skills:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise field crews Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills Solid understanding of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems and applicable codes Experience coordinating inspections, quality control, labor, materials, and job progress Strong commitment to jobsite safety, enforcing company policies, and maintaining high workmanship standards Excellent time management, organization, and customer‑service skills Ability to maintain professional relationships with project teams, contractors, inspectors, and vendors Monday-Friday Nights & Weekend Availability as business needs require 40+Benefits
