This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department. Supervise and support plumbing technicians in service and repair work. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory for plumbing services. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Address and resolve customer concerns related to plumbing services. Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Licensed Master or Journeyman Plumber certification (Required). Additional technical training or certifications are a plus.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service management (Required). Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.Skills:
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
