Service Foreman Roofing Sta-Dry Roofing | Houston, TX Sta-Dry Roofing is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Foreman to lead our roofing service crews in the Houston market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong roofing knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage crews while delivering high-quality service work for our clients. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead roofing service crews on active job sitesPlan, assign, and monitor daily work activities to meet project schedulesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standardsInspect job sites to assess scope of work, identify issues, and determine appropriate repair solutionsCommunicate with project managers, clients, and internal team members regarding job progress, changes, and updatesTrain and mentor crew members on proper roofing techniques and safe work practicesPerform quality control checks and final inspections upon job completionMaintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working conditionComplete all required documentation, including job reports, photos, and material usage tracking Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing service or repairPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong working knowledge of roofing systems, including TPO, modified bitumen, shingles, and related systemsAbility to read and interpret work orders and scopes of workStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsOSHA certification preferredValid drivers license and reliable transportationPhysically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor in outdoor conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example What We Offer Steady, year-round work with an established roofing companyOpportunity for advancement within the organizationCompetitive pay based on experienceSupportive team environment with a focus on safety and quality If youre a dependable roofing professional ready to take the next step into leadership, Sta-Dry Roofing wants to hear from you.
