The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service. This position will lead installation crews, coordinate jobsite activities, interact directly with homeowners and business owners, and ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead and manage generator installation crews on residential and commercial projects. Perform and oversee standby generator installations from start to finish. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and installation plans. Install and oversee electrical connections, transfer switches, and related equipment. Install and oversee natural gas and propane piping systems for generator applications. Perform generator startup, commissioning, testing, and customer walkthroughs. Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system operation. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite. Communicate with customers throughout the installation process. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards. Train and mentor crew members as needed. Complete job documentation, photos, and required paperwork. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of generator installation experience preferred. Experience leading installation crews. Strong electrical knowledge and experience working with residential and commercial electrical systems. Knowledge of natural gas and propane piping installations. Experience performing generator startups and commissioning. Ability to read electrical schematics and installation drawings. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to travel to job sites throughout the Greater Houston area. Pre-Employment Requirements Background check required. Drug screening required. Valid authorization to work in the United States.
