Plumbing Foreman - High-Rise Construction (Midland, TX)

Midland, TX (Travel opportunity available from Dallas/Fort Worth area) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing operations on a ground-up 11-story high-rise hospitality project in Midland, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumbing leader to take ownership of a major project while helping build the foundation of a growing Texas plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing plumbing crews, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with other trades, and working on high-rise or multi-family residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews in the field. Manage production schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Perform quality control inspections to ensure installations meet plumbing codes and project standards. Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain project timelines. Plan manpower, materials, and resources needed to complete assigned scope of work. Train and mentor field team members while promoting safety and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and construction best practices. Required Qualifications Active plumbing license required. 2+ years of experience leading and quality-checking plumbing crews of 5+ employees. Experience supervising commercial or large-scale residential plumbing projects. Experience with pressure zoning systems (high-rise experience strongly preferred). Previous experience with high-rise, multi-family residential, or similar complex construction projects . Ability to read plans, coordinate with other trades, and solve field issues independently. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 certification. Experience with hydronic systems and piping. Experience managing multimillion-dollar plumbing scopes. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and construction safety requirements.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
