Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation projects on commercial construction sites. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise electrical crews, ensure adherence to safety standards, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Duties Lead and supervise electrical installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan daily work schedules and resource allocation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols through ongoing safety training and site inspections. Oversee quality control measures, including testing electrical systems with tools like ohmmeters and verifying proper wiring and connections. Requirements Valid TDLR Journeyman License Proven experience in construction projects with a strong background in electrical systems installation. Supervising experience leading electrical crews on commercial sites. Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to electrical work and construction sites. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
