Electrical Foreman Controls / Building Automation Systems (BAS) Experience Preferred Texas Projects•Rockdale Texas MD Electrical Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects in Texas. We are looking for a motivated leader with either Controls/BAS experience or exceptional conduit bending and installation skills . Position Summary The Electrical Foreman will oversee field crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, maintain project schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely and according to specifications. Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience required Experience with Controls, Instrumentation, or Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred Candidates with strong conduit installation and advanced conduit bending skills are strongly encouraged to apply Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience managing crews and coordinating project activities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety requirements Proficient with technology•Ex. Use of smart phone/apps Valid driver's license Responsibilities Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects Coordinate daily work activities and manpower requirements Install and oversee conduit systems, wiring, controls, and electrical equipment Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other trades Maintain project documentation and progress reporting Preferred Experience Building Automation Systems (BAS) HVAC controls wiring and installation EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit installation Advanced conduit bending and layout Willing to travel if required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Project based per-diem ($150-200 Daily) Health, Dental, Vision insurance•Company match 80%
