Job Description

Adkins Electrical Services (AES) is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join our rapidly growing company within the Oil & Gas Industry. AES is a specialized contractor serving the Southern and Western Texas area that also serves the Rocky Mountain Region from New Mexico to North Dakota. AES is currently seeking an Electrical Industrial Foreman to join our Three Rivers, TX team in the Eagle Ford region. This person will supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on industrial job sites. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with electrical codes and company standards.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40-50 per hour with possible Per Diem Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Oversee installation of: Conduit systems (EMT, RMC, PVC, cable tray) Industrial wiring and power distribution systems Motor control centers (MCCs) Switchgear and transformers Lighting and control systems PLC and automation systems Ensure compliance with the National Fire Protection Association and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades Maintain daily reports, time tracking, and material usage logs Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
Qualifications Education & Certification:
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program
Valid TDLR Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
