Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Field Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of the construction site operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction management software and safety regulations. As a Construction Field Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, manage teams, interpret technical drawings, and ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspectionsManage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and progress reports using ProCore.
Supervise quality control processes to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standardsCollaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement activities to optimize project efficiencyLead team management efforts by supervising crew performance, providing training, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environmentConduct construction site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure adherence to construction regulations and safety standards throughout all phases of the project
Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures within construction projectsValid management certification or relevant safety training credentials are highly desirable
Duties:

Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial millwork construction management with a strong background in managing teams on-siteExtensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar toolsStrong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and construction drawing reviewDemonstrated ability in project scheduling coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations related to construction sitesExcellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and client interactionsExperience supervising crews in complex projects involving cabinet millwork.Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures within construction projectsValid management certification or relevant safety training credentials are highly desirable
