YOUR LIFE AS A PIPE CREW FOREMAN

This full-time excavation position typically works from 7 AM to 5 PM . Follow project plans, specifications, and grades to ensure accurate installation Maintain equipmentment, complete daily reports, and problem-solve Keep all jobs on schedule Strong communication skills with crew, inspectors, and management Detail-Oriented Follow safety protocols, keeping OSHA compliant at all times As our Pipe Crew Foreman, you are responsible for the daily coordination and production of your team as they install underground utilities, including water, sewer, storm drain, and pressurized irrigation. Each day, you complete a variety of important tasks, including reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring every project meets all specifications, and ensuring your team is meeting set production goals. Leading by example, you also operate a track hoe to aid in the installation process when needed. A team player, you work alongside our superintendents to track expenses and keep projects moving forward. With attention to detail, you manage materials, ensuring that you have everything necessary to complete the project. You love working with your crew while helping our business continue to thrive !

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A PIPE FOREMAN 2-4

Years Experience as a Pipe Foreman 5+ Experience installing underground utilities Ability to operate all heavy equipment Ability to manage materials, read plans, run GPS systems Must have a valid drivers license Must pass a pre-employment drug test and any other drug test required by M&T while employed with us If you can meet these requirements and perform this job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our excavation team!
