Responsibilities Own your job site — lead crews, set the pace, hold the standard Execute commercial roofing projects including TPO, PVC, metal Keep jobs on schedule and communicate proactively with the project team Enforce safety — no shortcuts, no exceptions Coordinate materials and equipment so your crew is never waiting on you Develop the people around you — great foremen build great crews Deliver work you're proud to put your name on Qualifications You've got 4+ years in commercial roofing and you know your systems — TPO, PVC, metal You've led crews before and people actually follow your lead You can read a set of plans and turn them into a finished roof Safety isn't a checklist to you — it's how you operate You show up on time, communicate clearly, and don't make excuses Valid driver's license required Bonus points if you: Are bilingual English/Spanish Have experience with JM or similar manufacturer systems Have OSHA 10 or 30 certification Additional Information At Collins Roofing, we believe the people who build our projects deserve to be taken care of.
