We take pride in quality work, safe job sites, and treating customers right. We're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects running on time and on budget. What You'll Do Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential and/or commercial projects Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule Read and interpret job specs, measurements, and work orders Install, repair, and replace roofing systems (asphalt shingle, metal, TPO, EPDM, tile, etc.) Enforce OSHA safety standards, including fall protection, on every job Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance Communicate with project managers, customers, and inspectors Track materials, report job progress, and flag problems early Train and mentor crew members What We're Looking For 5+ years of roofing experience, including at least 2 years leading a crew Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and local building codes Proven ability to manage crews and keep job sites safe and productive OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to get it right away) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to lift 75+ lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in all weather Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Manufacturer certifications (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, etc.) are a plus What We Offer $55,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience Company vehicle for your use Steady work and room to grow How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
