Job Description

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Foreman to work on their commercial projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position working on projects in the DMV area.
Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$35-$50/hr Background check, drug screen, and MVR required 100% employer paid health Vision, dental and FSA PTO and paid holidays 401k Company vehicle and gas card Electrical Foreman Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee electrical crews on multiple projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Coordinate daily manpower, project schedules, and task assignments to maximize productivity and maintain project timelines. Review ongoing and completed installations to verify compliance with drawings, codes, and quality expectations. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to address project needs and provide technical support when necessary. Track project progress, labor hours, and material usage while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Troubleshoot field issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving forward without delays. Support the growth and development of electricians through hands-on training and mentorship. Monitor tools, equipment, and jobsite resources to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness. Enforce company safety practices, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Electrical Foreman Qualifications 3+ years of commercial electrical supervisor experience 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and projects.
