Protect what matters. Chesapeake Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, takes ownership, and can keep a project moving safely and efficiently. 🛠️ What You'll Do Lead the installation of pipe, fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers according to plans and applicable codes. Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping and sprinkler systems. Lead and train Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques. Communicate with designers regarding design changes and material shortages. Produce accurate red-line drawings for the design team. Communicate project and schedule changes with the Field Superintendent and Project Manager. Complete daily progress reports and required project paperwork. Attend project and coordination meetings as needed. Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Immediately report water damage, injuries, accidents, or other incidents.
