• Multi-Family Construction (Charlottesville, VA Area) MEP Partners is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead multi-family construction projects in the Charlottesville, VA area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule company crews and subcontractors Coordinate daily field communications with builders and project teams Write and manage change orders Perform quality control inspections on all plumbing work Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards Schedule and track material deliveries Oversee job progress and maintain project timelines Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-family plumbing construction Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple crews and tasks in a fast-paced environment
