+ Excellent Benefits Package Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical piping projects throughout the Richmond area. This is a hands-on field leadership opportunity for someone who knows piping, knows how to run a crew, and can take piping installations from start to finish . What You'll Do Lead and oversee pipefitters and welders in the field Plan and direct piping installations from layout through completion Manage manpower, tools, materials, and daily production Install and oversee piping using welded, grooved, threaded, soldered, brazed, fused, and cemented joints Work with iron, steel, brass, copper, plastic, and other piping materials Read and work from drawings, submittals, and specifications Support piping associated with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems Maintain quality, productivity, and safe work practices throughout the project What We're Looking For Strong commercial/industrial pipefitting experience Experience leading pipefitting crews and field installations Ability to plan and execute piping work from start to finish Strong knowledge of piping layout, installation methods, materials, and joining techniques OSHA 30 and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Why This Opportunity? $37-$42/hr
