Virginia , Lynchburg Job Description Foreman - Civil / Sitework Construction We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on civil and sitework construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in earthwork and underground utilities who can drive production and keep crews operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise field crews on sitework construction projects Coordinate daily activities including clearing, excavation, grading, and utility installation Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedules and productivity Operate equipment as needed and assist crews in the field Identify and resolve issues in real time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Qualifications:

Experience in civil/sitework construction required Strong background in clearing, excavation, grading, and underground utilities Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily production Ability to read plans and understand grade/slope requirements Strong work ethic and leadership skills
