Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, schematics, and the ability to manage projects effectively. The Plumber will work closely with other trades and contractors to ensure that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Also needs to be able to run jobs, need leaders only. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems. Supervise and train apprentices or less experienced plumbers on job sites. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project scheduling and documentation. Collaborate with project managers to build timelines and manage contract obligations. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any changes needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong knowledge of plumbing systems. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Prolog is preferred. Ability to read schematics and understand project schedules. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams on-site. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
