Press Mechanical Contractors Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in plumbing systems, and fixture installation, with a proven ability to manage crews, coordinate with general contractors, and deliver high-quality work on schedule. This role combines field leadership with hands-on installation, ensuring projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Supervise, train, and support plumbing crews on construction projects. Coordinate with the office and project managers to track materials, labor, and schedules. Order parts and materials, process returns and warranties, and prepare field estimates as needed. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with code requirements and company safety standards. Work hands-on with technicians as needed to complete installations and troubleshoot field issues. Maintain clear communication between field teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly. Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Lead Plumber commercial projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, pipefitting, and fixture rough-in/trim-out. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to safety and teamwork. Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicle and equipment.
