CentiMark Corporation , the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Manassas area. - $35/hr based on experience.
Job Summary:
Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed. Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing Ability to read blueprints & specs Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime- as needed
