As a family‑run and fast‑growing company, we value electricians who take pride in craftsmanship, strong leadership, and professionalism on every jobsite. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project layouts accurately Layout, run, and bend conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid - all sizes) Install panels, circuits, devices, and lighting in compliance with NEC and local codes Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, project managers, and other trades Supervise crews, ensure productivity, and maintain project schedules Complete punch-list items, perform quality control checks, and maintain clean job sites Enforce safety standards and contribute to an efficient, organized work environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of commercial electrical experience (foreman or lead role preferred) Experience with tenant improvements/upfits, retail spaces, offices, restaurants, breweries, et al.
