Commercial Construction Foreman

Currently hiring for a commercial construction foreman for an on-going large scale commercial project in Sandston, VA The ideal foreman candidate has 3+ years commercial experience. OSHA 30 required and CPR certification a plus.

Commercial Construction Foreman Requirements:

Supervise carpenters, coordinate activities, and assign roles. Interpret blueprints, develop schedules, and estimate materials and labor needs. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and building codes. Enforce safety protocols and conduct training sessions. Serve as the point of contact among project management, subcontractors, and clients. Oversee material procurement and tool inventory to minimize waste. Mentor junior carpenters and conduct performance evaluations. Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly.

Commercial Construction Foreman Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial carpentry experience, including supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and commercial construction practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification required CPR certification a plus Valid driver s license Must have your own tools Your own reliable transportation
