Job Description

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial and special project work. This role is for someone who can run crews, maintain quality, and keep work moving safely and on schedule . Company Overview Our client is a premier MEP contractor committed to people, culture, and growth. They specialize in New Construction, Mechanical Service, Industrial Refrigeration, and Manufacturing. With over 50 years of experience, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and lasting relationships with commercial customers. What You'll Be Responsible For Directing daily work of electricians, apprentices, and helpers Coordinating labor, materials, and jobsite execution Ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and quality standards Reading prints and guiding installation in the field Troubleshooting systems and supporting installs/repairs as needed Maintaining jobsite documentation (timecards, work orders, logs) Representing the company professionally with customers What You Bring Journeyman or Master Electrician license 10+ years of electrical experience (or strong field equivalent) Solid understanding of NEC and OSHA requirements Proven ability to lead crews and manage production Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle jobsite pressure Experience with projects that include Pharmaceutical manufacturing, Data Centers, Hospitals, Biotech, Office Spaces, Distribution Warehouses, and Food Processing Plants. What We're Looking For Foremen who lead from the front—not the truck Strong safety mindset and jobsite accountability Ability to keep crews productive while maintaining quality Professionals who can communicate clearly with both crews and customers Work Environment Active construction and service environments Work may include rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions Overtime and occasional weekends as required Field Expectations This role sets the tone for the crew. You're expected to: Enforce safety as a condition of employment Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites Ensure accurate time reporting and accountability Protect tools, equipment, and customer property All work is expected to align with Field Employee Code of Conduct . Pay:
$34.00 - $38.00 per hour
