Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise field crews and oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and timely completion. Responsibilities Supervise field crews and coordinate daily work activities. Review blueprints, schedules, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades. Monitor project progress, materials, and manpower. Maintain quality standards and employee performance documentation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience, including large commercial projects. OSHA certifications and a valid driver's license. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage field operations. Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Teams, or BIM tools preferred.
