Day Shift | Monday-Friday Lead Plumbing Manufacturing Operations Kodiak is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Plumbing to oversee daily warehouse operations, plumbing prefabrication, and material staging within our manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with experience in commercial plumbing, manufacturing operations, Lean principles, and team leadership. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency while supporting commercial construction projects. What You'll Do Supervise daily warehouse, plumbing prefabrication, and material staging operations. Coordinate manpower and production workflow to support project schedules. Ensure plumbing materials and prefabricated assemblies are completed accurately and delivered on time. Lead quality inspections and drive operational efficiency. Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and standardized work. Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and material tracking. Collaborate with procurement, project managers, and field operations. Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse and plumbing personnel. Qualifications Required 5+ years of supervisory experience in plumbing, mechanical construction, manufacturing, or related operations. Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices. Knowledge of IPC, UPC, or local plumbing codes. Experience managing manpower, productivity, and operational workflows. Lean Manufacturing experience (5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement). Experience using ERP, MRP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. Preferred Journeyman or Master Plumber License. Commercial plumbing prefabrication experience. Experience supporting manufacturing or fabrication operations.
